The Avionics shop at Freedom Aviation was formerly a part of Virginia Aviation and has been in continuous operation for more than 50 years. We offer a variety of services suitable to most any aircraft from small light aircraft on up through medium sized business jets. Our location in Central Virginia is a convenient stop for all of Virginia and surrounding states. We strive to accommodate a wide-range of customers in both Avionics service and installation. Whether the need is to align an old radio or to outfit an aircraft with the latest in aviation electronics, we can provide the most up-to-date information and competitive prices. We hold many Avionics dealerships with most all the major Avionics manufacturers.
We are a FAA Certified Repair Station, #BGSR439C, holding Radio Classes 1, 2 and Limited Instrument Ratings to include: IFR recertification, Pitot/Static, RVSM, Mode A, C, and S transponders.
